HAD AN ACCIDENT?
If you have had an accident you need to report it before 5pm the following day to taxi licencing! - They will ask you to complete the form (download below). If the vehicle is off the road. Complete the form in full and send it to the email shown below. IF the vehicle IS still driveable, then you need to make an appointment with the test station to check that it is compliant!
Taxi Test Station: 01925 623623 Then email the form to the taxi licensing team on the email below. You will need to take your form with you to the Test Station to be signed off as fit to drive or struck off the road if the deem it unsafe (plate will be removed at this point if this is the case)
