Cancellations Policy...
At Warrington Travel, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly.
To ensure fairness to both our customers and our drivers, the following cancellation terms apply:
1. Standard Cancellations
Customers may cancel an airport transfer more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time free of charge
2a. Late Cancellations (24hrs - 4hrs before pickup) - Going to an Airport
Any airport transfer cancelled between 24 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total journey cost
2b. Late Cancellations (4hrs - Pickup Time) - Going to an Airport
Any airport transfer cancelled between 4 hours and the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total journey cost
3. No Shows (Going to / from the Airport)
If the customer fails to show at the agreed pick-up point (booking pickup address or landing terminal - if an airport pickup) without prior notice - the full fare will be charged
4. Flight Delays & Changes
If your flight is delayed, diverted, or cancelled, please inform us as soon as possible. We track flights where possible, but it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of major changes.
We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, sometimes we may not have availability. When this is the case, a cancellation fee in not applicable.
5. How to pay a cancellation fee
Our office can set up a payment link sent directly to your mobile. You will be able to make a secure payment by card.

6. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made by contacting our office on 01925 552255 (7am-7pm) or via email at info@warringtontravel.co.uk (if cancelling via email, please include your reference number and booking details)
A cancellation is only confirmed once acknowledged by Warrington Travel
We do not want to charge our customers unnecessary charges. We always like to keep our drivers busy - we do turn away bookings if we are at full capacity so that we can give our customers the best experience and be on time! Late / Not Cancelling your booking is not fair for our drivers. - We understand circumstances change and that is ok. But please give us more than 24 hours notice!
